Latest news for the IDP group!

Wow - What happened to 2020!!  A year that sounded so promising, well rounded, even and balanced then, at one point, we were not sure if the human race was going to continue! (Sadly, for many it didn't)

Being a small efficient company based in the rural safety of the Surrey Hills, we were not personnaly comprimised other than the fact all our projects went (and some remain) on hold. As we drag ourselves out of the mist we have concentrated on our hotel-roomsets offerings as we feel these, along with some astonishing leasing costs of around £3 per room per day, will be of great value to hotels, old and new, that come out of various lockdowns across the globe. Our last two projects saw the completion of a luxury bridal suite for the Lion Quay Hotel in Shropeshire and the design of a hotel apartment for Quest Hotels in Liverpool - our first venture into this interesting hospitality sector.

Believe it or not I think we are entering our 5th or 6th year on the Sands Hotel in Barbados with still 23 apartments and a few public areas still to complete. Maybe Covid will aloow that to be behind us before the end of 2021.

The Royal Yacht has been purchasing new carept and a complete softgoods program in late 2020 and early 2021 so that helped keep the wolves at bay and we are looking forward to new ventures in 2021 and into 2022.
